នៅថ្ងៃទី ០៥ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ ២០២៣, នៅភោជនីយដ្ឋាន អ៊ូរ៉េតធី មានសមាជិក WETWG ចំនួន១០ នាក់បានចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៤ នៃ WETWG ។

កិច្ចប្រជុំរហូតដល់កាលបរិច្ឆេទនៃស្ថានភាព WETWG រួមទាំងការប្រកាសសមាសភាពសមាជិក WETWG; ការចេញលិខិតថ្មីទៅកាន់ MISTI ដើម្បីរៀបចំកាលវិភាគសម្រាប់ការដាក់ឱ្យដំណើរការឡើងវិញ។ និងផែនការបន្ទាប់ - ផ្តោតលើកិច្ចប្រជុំដើម្បីបង្កើត WETWG ជាផ្លូវការ និងកាលវិភាគនៃការចាប់ផ្តើម WETWG ដែលនឹងដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ហែម វណ្ឌឌី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍( MISTI) ។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ អង្គប្រជុំក៏បានបន្តពិភាក្សាលើលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃក្រមប្រតិបត្តិ (TOR) និងអនុស្សារណៈយោគយល់គ្នា (MoU) ផងដែរ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះត្រូវបានស្វាគមន៍ និងថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាដោយ ឯកឧត្តម លោក ឈា ឡាយហ៊ី ទីប្រឹក្សា និងជាប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យមនៃ MISTI និងសង្ខេបអំពីស្ថានភាពរបស់ WETWG ដោយលោក យឿម ប៉ូរ៉ាន ប្រធានផ្នែកតស៊ូមតិគោលនយោបាយ និងប្រតិបត្តិការនៃ CWEA ។

អង្គប្រជុំបានបញ្ចប់ដូចតទៅ៖

1. CWEA នឹងចេញលិខិតមួយទៀតជូន ឯកឧត្តម ហែម វណ្ឌឌី រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម វិទ្យសាស្ត្រ បច្ចេកវិទ្យា និងនវានុវត្តន៍​​ (MISTI) ដើម្បីស្វែងរកកាលវិភាគរបស់គាត់សម្រាប់ការបើកដំណើរការ WETWG ជាផ្លូវការនៅថ្ងៃទី១១ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣

2. WETWG នឹងត្រូវជួយពិនិត្យ និងផ្តល់យោបល់លើ MoU និង TOR ត្រឹមថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣។

3. អ្នកប្រឹក្សាត្រូវបញ្ចប់ MoU និង TOR ត្រឹមថ្ងៃទី១០ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣

គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថាកិច្ចប្រជុំ WETWG នេះត្រូវបានគាំទ្រផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដោយ USAID តាមរយៈ Pact Cambodia ក្រោមគម្រោង WE Act ជាមួយនឹងការគាំទ្រផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសរបស់ Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) ខណៈដែលសមាសភាពនៃ WETWG នេះរួមមានតំណាងមកពី MISTI, CWEA, Pact Cambodia, CIPE, GIZ, Swisscontact, EuroCham, LSI business school។

On September 5, 2023 at Uraetei Restaurant; there were 10 WETWG members physically participated in the 4th meeting of WETWG. The meeting to up to date the status of WETWG including the announcement of composition of WETWG member; issuing the new letter to MISTI to reschedule for launching; and the next plan – focusing on the meeting to officially establish the WETWG and the schedule of WETWG launching which will preside over by H.E. Hem Vanndy, minister of MISTI.

At the same time, the meeting also continues to discuss on term of reference (TOR) and MoU as well. The meeting was welcomed and remarked by H.E. Chhea Layhy, Advisor and Head of SME Department of MISTI and briefly the status of WETWG by Mr. Yoeurm Boran, Policy Advocacy and Operations Manager of CWEA.

The meeting was concluded as the following:

1. CWEA will reissue another letter to H.E. Hem Vanndy to seek for his schedule for official launching of WETWG by September 11, 2023

2. The WETWG will have to help to review and comment on the MoU and TOR by 10th September 2023

3. The consultant has to finalize the MoU and TOR by 10th September 2023
