កិច្ចប្រជុំ Women Entrepreneurs Technical Working Group (WETWG)

នៅថ្ងៃទី២៩ ខែសីហា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ នៅការិយាល័យ MISTI មានសមាជិក WETWG ចំនួន​៨ នាក់បានចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំលើកទី៣ នៃ WETWG ។

កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះគឺដើម្បីបន្តការពិភាក្សាលើលក្ខខណ្ឌនៃក្របប្រតិបត្តិ (TOR) និងឯកសារគោលគំនិត (Concept Note)។ មានវិសោធនកម្មមួយចំនួនលើ TOR និង Concept Note ដើម្បីឲ្យស្របទម្រង់ និងតម្រូវការរបស់ MISTI ។

ជាមួយគ្នានេះ កិច្ចប្រជុំក៏បានពិភាក្សាអំពីផែនការបន្ទាប់សម្រាប់ការបង្កើត WETWG ការចាប់ផ្តើម និងកិច្ចប្រជុំពាក់ព័ន្ធផងដែរ។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះត្រូវបានស្វាគមន៍ និងថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាដោយ ឯកឧត្តម ឈា ឡាយហ៊ី ទីប្រឹក្សា និងជាប្រធាននាយកដ្ឋានសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម នៃ MISTI ។

អង្គប្រជុំបានបញ្ចប់ដូចតទៅ;

1. Concept Note បានផ្លាស់ប្តូរទៅជា MoU ដើម្បីតម្រឹមជាមួយគំរូរបស់ MISTI

2. TOR បានរួមបញ្ចូលជាមួយធម្មនុញ្ញ (Charter) ហើយបានផ្លាស់ប្តូរវាទៅជាគំរូរបស់ MISTI

3. MoU និង TOR នឹងត្រូវធ្វើនៅថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែកញ្ញា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ហើយផ្ញើទៅក្រុមហ៊ុនបកប្រែដើម្បីធ្វើការបកប្រែ។

គួរបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា WETWG នេះត្រូវបានគាំទ្រផ្នែកហិរញ្ញវត្ថុដោយ USAID តាមរយៈ Pact Cambodia ក្រោមគម្រោង WE Act ជាមួយនឹងការគាំទ្រផ្នែកបច្ចេកទេសរបស់ Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) ខណៈដែលសមាសភាពនៃ WETWG នេះរួមមានតំណាងមកពី MISTI, CWEA, Pact Cambodia, CIPE, GIZ, Swisscontact, EuroCham, LSI business school ជាដើម។

Women Entrepreneurs Technical Working Group (WETWG) meeting as the following:

On August 29, 2023 at MISTI Office; there were 8 WETWG members physically participated in the 3rd meeting of WETWG.

The meeting to continue the discussion on term of reference (TOR) and Concept Note. There were some amendments on TOR and concept note to align with the MISTI's format and requirements.

At the same time, the meeting also discussed the next plan for WETWG formation, launching, and relevant meetings as well. The meeting was welcomed and remarked by H.E. Chhea Layhy, Advisor and Head of SME Department of MISTI.

The meeting was concluded as the following:

1. The Concept Note changed to MoU in order to align with MISTI’s template

2. The TOR consolidated with the Charter and changed it to MISTI’s template

3. The MoU and TOR will be done by 7th September 2023 and send to translation company for translation.

Just to let you know that this WETWG was financially supported by USAID through Pact Cambodia under WE Act project with the technical support of Center for International Private Enterprise (CIPE) while the composition of this WETWG comprising of representatives from #MISTI, #CWEA, #Pact Cambodia, #CIPE, #GIZ, #Swisscontact, #EuroCham, #LSI business school, etc.
